1 ½ -2 lbs of your choice of steak
3 bell peppers (red, green, and yellow)
1 large onion
½ cup water
1 packet taco seasoning
½ tsp chili powder
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
Limes
Extra Salt

Place steaks in the slow cooker and add water. In a separate bowl mix taco seasoning, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt. Sprinkle over steaks, add Worcestershire sauce and balsamic vinegar. Cover and cook on low all day or on high for 5-6 hours. In the last hour take steaks out and slice and return to slow cooker. Add sliced onions, and peppers to give them a slightly crunchy texture. Can slice steaks and add peppers at the beginning, the peppers will just be really soft, and depending on the steak it can be tough or disintegrate. Serve over brown rice or in a tortilla add top with fresh lime juice add salt to taste
